The Border and Immigration

As it now stands, Article I, Section 8, of the U.S. Constitution gives the federal government authority over “Naturalization” and Texans are left with the cost for the damage done by current federal immigration policies. The federal government has abandoned its responsibility under Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution to protect the states from invasion.  If we reclaim our sovereignty as an independent nation Texans will be able to establish fair and humane immigration policies that are designed to benefit Texas.
