If the Democrat Socialists are successful in eliminating the filibuster rule in the Senate, there can be little doubt that “abortion rights” will be codified in Federal law by Democrats and their liberal Republican allies.

Pro-life laws passed by the Texas Legislature will be rendered ineffectual under the Supremacy Clause (Article VI) of the Constitution of 1787. Texas will be powerless to protect the most vulnerable of our citizens. By reclaiming our status as an Independent Nation Texans will be able to pass laws that protect the un-born and provide for the medical, economic, and psychological needs of the mother.
